Thinking About Trying HGH Supplements?
To avoid wasting your hard-earned money,
DO NOT buy any HGH Supplements until you read this first...
I'm Greg. First, let me tell you a little bit about me. I'm 42 years old and I've been taking HGH supplements for the past 6 1/2 years.
And over that time, I've tried just about every HGH pill and spray on the market today (Note: I avoid using HGH injections. I only
stick to trying all-natural homeopathic HGH products).
I've tried just about every product on the market - at least once. And like many, I've been suckered into buying many products
because of their lofty claims and fancy websites with pictures of doctors, only to be extremely disappointed later when I experienced
zero results. And it would make me angry, because not only would I have lost quite a bit of money, but I'd be left feeling the
same as before. So through lots of first-hand trial and error, I know a thing or two about HGH products and which ones actually work.
As a matter of fact, I got so wrapped up in this that a few years ago I decided to start blogging about my results with different supplements.
I figured it would be a good way to not only get my revenge on those companies that scammed me into buying their worthless products, but also as a
way to help others avoid wasting their money.
In any case, several years have gone by since I first started reporting my results online about HGH, and my blog has turned into this
website for helping others. It's here that I now answer questions for others interested in trying HGH. And I love to hear feedback from anyone
who has tried a particular supplement. I do my best to help anyone who reaches out to me. And of course, I also use this website to tell everyone
what I've found that works - and what doesn't work.
Now I don't claim to be a doctor or an expert in HGH or nutritional supplements. I won't put up a picture of myself wearing a white jacket
with a stethoscope around my neck to fool you into thinking I'm a doctor. I'll let other sites play those unethical games. I'm just an average,
middle-aged guy who wants to help others and wants to look and feel younger. I've been fortunate enough to find a few products which have consistently helped me do that, and those
are the ones I'll talk about further down the page.
But for now, in case you are new to learning about HGH and how important it is for our body, I'll start by going over some of the
So why is everyone so interested in HGH supplements anyway?
I'm still amazed at how many people write to me, asking me for my thoughts about HGH. I get emails almost every day from men and women of all ages who
tell me they want to feel more energetic, or reduce aches and pains, or to sleep better, or regain some muscle strength. I even get emails from concerned
parents wanting to know if HGH would be safe for their children to take as a way to help them to grow or develop quicker. Many who write to me are
older, like me, and are looking for something that will help them to overcome the inevitable effects of aging. But I'm surprised by how many younger
people write to me and are looking for a way to lose weight, increase muscle mass, improve athletic performance or even stimulate their height growth.
I guess people are becoming more aware of HGH and the myriad of benefits it can provide, and I think a lot of that awareness is coming from the
news. It seems like every now and then, we hear about a big HGH scandal in the news. From athletes getting suspended for using HGH and other performance-enhancing
drugs to even celebrities like Sylvester Stallone who got caught trying to smuggle injectable HGH into the US from Australia. HGH just seems to pop
up on our cultural radar a lot, and so of course, we are all curious to know more about it.
But you don't need to be an athlete or action movie star to benefit from an increase in HGH in your body...
So what exactly is HGH?
Simply put, HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is the most abundant hormone produced by the pituitary gland in our body. The pituitary gland secretes
human growth hormone, which in turn aids in a variety of health functions of the human body. What functions, you ask? HGH does everything from
spurring growth in children and adolescents to regulating body composition, body fluids, muscle and bone growth, sugar and fat metabolism, and
even heart function. That's a pretty powerful hormone, don't you think?
Now you may ask yourself, why is it that we need more HGH if our bodies are already producing HGH?
That's a great question!
Well, according to researchers who specialize in this sort of thing, our levels of HGH begin declining quite rapidly starting at around the
age of 25, and they keep dropping at a pretty consistent rate. It's this rapid decline in HGH levels that leads most experts to believe that
this is what causes many health problems and diseases associated with modern aging - such as weight gain, reduced energy, muscle loss,
wrinkles, declining mental alertness, weakened immune system, vision problems, sleep problems and more.
In other words, it is widely held that there is a direct correlation between declining HGH levels and increased signs of aging.
As our HGH levels drop, we experience more of the adverse effects of aging.
Thus, it is believed that if you want to effectively reverse the aging process, you must increase your body's levels of growth hormone.
As such, HGH is considered the key to regaining our youthfulness.
So what options exist for increasing HGH levels?
Well, from what I've been able to surmise, there are really only 3 different ways to replace and/or
increase your body's HGH levels. These are through the use of:
- human growth hormone injections
- herbal supplements which boost your body's HGH levels naturally
- oral sprays which boost your body's HGH levels naturally
So that raises the next big question: What are the pros and cons of each method?
In other words, which methods are safe and actually work?
Well, let's take a closer look at each one, shall we?
METHOD # 1: HGH Injections
Evidence from several well-known studies does suggest that HGH injections do work; however, there are some considerable drawbacks to
using HGH injections.
With injections, synthetic HGH is injected into the body, typically 2 to 3 times per day. The average cost per injection is around $25.00; thus,
it costs $50.00 - $75.00 per day to use injectable HGH. And to make matters worse, injectable growth hormone is classified as a prescription
drug that is only available (legally) from a doctor's order. And since you are not technically treating a disease or medical condition, most
health insurance plans simply will not cover the cost of HGH injections whatsoever. That means you'll have to pay for those injections out
of your own pocket, and that will get expensive very fast!
Now, you could try to obtain injectable HGH illegally. There is, after all, a black market that sells this sort of thing. But again, the cost
is still very high, and not only are you breaking the law, but you'd be injecting large quantities of something into your body that you bought
from a criminal. So who knows what you'd actually be sticking in your body!
And as I mentioned above, injections use synthetic (scientifically engineered) HGH. In other words, it's actually not natural HGH that is produced
by the human body. It's created in a lab using many chemicals, and as some researchers believe, any time you introduce a large amount of a
foreign hormone into the human body, there is the risk of serious adverse side effects.
In fact, in a July 5, 1990 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, it was found that many of the patients undergoing injections
suffered from serious side effects such as liver damage, kidney damage, edema, heart palpitations, acromegaly, chronic joint pain,
fluid retention and gynecomastia - just to name a few. Sounds to me like the treatment can be just as bad, if not worse, than no treatment at all.
So to summarize:
Pros: Injectable HGH is considered effective in raising HGH levels in the body
Cons: Injectable HGH is very expensive, painful, time-consuming,
requires a prescription and can carry a whole slew of very serious side effects
METHOD # 2: HGH Releasers (Herbal Supplements)
There is an ongoing debate as to the effectiveness of HGH Releasers. And I can understand why, since I've personally tried many that simply did
nothing at all. I've devoted my website to reporting the results of my testing of herbal HGH supplements, and believe me - all HGH herbal
supplements are NOT created equal. Nonetheless, recent studies have begun to show that some HGH Releasers are effective, offering virtually
the same level of benefits one would derive from costly HGH injections - and without the potentially debilitating side effects.
With herbal HGH Releasers, a combination of herbal supplements are ingested in either tablet or capsule form. Typically, the pills are taken
before bedtime, since HGH production in the pituitary gland is most active during sleep.
Unlike injections, herbal HGH Releasers do not contain synthetic HGH. In fact, herbal HGH releasers contain NO HGH at all. Instead, they
only contain natural herbal ingredients. It is believed that the right combination of herbs can stimulate the pituitary gland, jump-starting it,
causing the pituitary to produce more abundant levels of your body's own growth hormone. This is the ideal scenario because nothing is safer
than having your body produce it's own HGH naturally.
Some experts believe that HGH Releasers are much safer than injections or sprays precisely for this reason. Rather than ingesting or injecting
a foreign hormone into the body, HGH Releasers stimulate increased production of your body's own growth hormones. This in turn eliminates the
adverse side effects you would receive from other forms of HGH replacement.
So to summarize:
Pros: Many herbal HGH Releasers are
very effective, according to several recent studies. Herbal HGH Releasers are far cheaper than injections and a good releaser will have no
side effects whatsoever. Also, herbal HGH Releasers do not require a prescription and can thus be purchased over the counter or online legally.
METHOD # 3: HGH Releasers (Oral Sprays)
Oral HGH releaser sprays are basically identical to HGH releasers, except for the fact that the herbal ingredients are
liquified rather than in powder form. So essentially, the only difference is in the delivery system.
Typically, the spray is applied under the tongue for fastest absorption through the oral membrane. Some users prefer this method,
believing that liquid ingredients allow the body to absorb it quicker and more fully. But from the unbiased medical research that I've read,
this really doesn't seem to be the case. According to the studies, oral spray releasers are absorbed by the body at the
same rate and at the same amount as releasers in pill form.
So to summarize this, an HGH releaser in oral spray form is basically like an HGH Releaser pill form, but instead of it being a pill that you
swallow it's a liquid that you spray into the mouth. Pretty simple, right? And of course, since HGH Releaser oral sprays are all-natural,
they have no side effects and are very safe for just about anyone to use. In fact, the only complaint I ever hear about a good oral spray
releaser is that it may have a strange after-taste that takes a little getting used to. But I say, just brush your teeth afterwards and you're good
Pros: Some herbal HGH Releasers are very
effective, according to several recent studies. Herbal HGH Releasers are much cheaper than injections or oral sprays and have no side effects.
Also, herbal HGH Releasers do not require a prescription.
Cons: none, except for an after-taste with some brands
Ok, well what does this information tell us?
Based on all I've seen and have read about Human Growth Hormone, it definitely appears that HGH Releasers are the cheapest, safest and
most effective way to boost or replenish your natural HGH levels.
But then that raises a new question... which HGH Releasers work the best?
Well as I mentioned earlier, not all HGH Releasers are as effective as others - that's for sure.
HGH Releasers are not the same. You will likely find huge differences in these products, particularly
in the type of ingredients (herbs) and the quality of those herbs, as well as the mix and proportions of the ingredients. There are a lot
of variables that go into an effective HGH releaser. You need to find one that uses only the highest-quality ingredients, whether they be in
powder form or liquid form. And you have to find one that has just the right potent blend and correct proportions that will actually make it
effective. Believe me, it's easier said than done!
As such, it's important to select an herbal HGH Releaser that is proven to be effective and is formulated to the highest quality standards.
Now as I've said, I've done A LOT of personal testing and research on this. I've taken a close look at the variety of herbal HGH Releasers on
the market today, comparing their ingredients and dosages. I've read everything I could about what it takes to actually trigger the pituitary
to produce it's own HGH. And I've asked a lot of questions to many of the companies which sell these products, inquiring about the quality of
the ingredients, their source, and their manufacturing standards. And just as importantly, I've received a lot of feedback from
men and women of all ages who have tried some of these HGH Releaser products and have been kind enough to write to me describing their results
in great detail.
Based on all of the feedback I've gotten and information I've gathered on these releasers (as well as my own personal testing as a human guinea
pig of sorts), it is clear to me that the best herbal HGH supplement on the market today is GHR1000.
So why exactly is GHR1000
the best HGH Releaser?
Well, there are several reasons...
- First, GHR1000 is 100% all-natural as well as vegan friendly, and their capsules are enteric coated which means that they are protected from breaking down prematurely by gastric juices. As I've learned, this is very important because it helps ensure that all of the ingredients are delivered at the right time without any loss caused by gastric acid.
- Secondly, their formula contains the most effective combination of ingredients vs. any other brand. Their formula contains only what is needed to induce pituitary HGH production without any fillers or unnecessary ingredients, and their proportions are precise for optimizing this pituitary stimulation.
- Thirdly, GHR1000 sources only the highest grade ingredients for their product. Were you aware that ingredients can come in different grades? I wasn't until I actually talked to a pharmaceutical manufacturing rep who explained it to me. GHR1000 uses only the highest grade of each ingredient that is available and that alone makes a huge difference in the effectiveness of their product over any other.
- But if these things don't matter to you, then I think the most compelling reason of all as to why GHR1000 blows away all the others is in the results it delivers. I can personally attest to the fact that GHR1000 is more effective than any other brand I've ever tried, which is why I keep going back to it again and again. And it's not just me. I hear from at least a dozen or more folks a month who have becomed hooked on GHR1000 after experiencing disappointing results with some other rival brand. To me, the fact that GHR1000 works so well for so many, and for such a diverse group of people (men, women, seniors to 20 and 30-somethings) really tells me that this product works universally for everyone.
- I also like the fact that GHR1000 is manufactured in an FDA Certified lab, which is the highest certification that a lab can attain. This assures me that their product is safely formulated by real health care professionals in a completely sterile environment.
- And what's more, when I contacted the company behind GHR1000 with a whole list of questions about their product, they responded very quickly and addressed all of my concerns in a professional and positive manner. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and service as well as the depth of their answers. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for other companies. Many ignored my emails completely, or else they provided a canned response, giving me little relevant information which did not answer the questions I had asked.
- Finally, I really like the fact that GHR1000 offers their customers the best money-back guarantee of any HGH Releaser. To me, this is a good indication that they believe in the effectiveness of their product. GHR1000 offers a 75 day (no questions asked) money-back guarantee. Most other companies offer a much shorter guarantee (many with several stipulations) and some offer no guarantee at all. GHR1000 doesn't make you jump through hoops like other companies, and they don't try to rebill you or set you up for auto-delivery. I hate when companies do that!
For all these reasons, GHR1000 is by far the best HGH supplement. Period.
As for cost, their product is a little on the high end, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Personally, I'd rather spend
a few extra bucks and invest in the best than take my chances with other products. Great service, great product and a great guarantee
does come at a price, but in my opinion it's well worth it considering the enormous benefits you'll gain.
I actually consider GHR1000 to be a bargain considering that in the industry, it's known that the highest quality ingredients also command the
highest price. GHR1000 uses only the highest quality ingredients so it costs them much more to make a bottle than it costs other brands who
use inferior ingredients. So again, you get what you pay for.
And considering the incredible importance of HGH to our bodies, it's absolutely essential to go with a proven, quality product that is safe
